The only good thing i can say about this place is the location .
Its easy access to some of the main tourist destinations .
Other than that - worse than horrible .
1.Lets start with the check in :
The owner works whenever he wants .
Its very inconvinient when the reception doesent work during the whole day . Its very difficult to arrange planes , trains ect. to work on the hotel terms . We had to walk 3 h with the suitcases around the city until we could check in
2. Lets move on to the first meet with the owner :
When he opened the front door and we entered , he was polite. Like any standard check in, he checked his computer , scanned(made photos with his phone) our passports and then he said we had to pay . We were confused because we thought we payed already (it was our mistake ! We didnt read properly the conditions that we had to pay at the place ! ) .
At that point the owner kicked us out to "verify" that we didnt made payment .
I just want to say it was cold and windy outside . And he locked the door right under our noses.
3. The room :
*The heating is not working
*we stayed in November and had to sleep with clothes on
*The covers are actually just one blanket without own cover ...
*honestly i cant verify but i dont think it has been washed any time soon . It smells horrible !
* The noise outside its very disturbing ( i admit - thats one of the prices you pay for a good location , but i honestly think it HAS to be mentioned in the booking providers
* The drain in the bathroom is clogged and it makes it difficult to have a shower without worrying that you will flood the whole building
* the pillows are horrible , the bed Sucks.... i can continue more and more ...
I am just happy i am here for only 1 night . I love Italy , i stayed to alot of places in the country , but this is number one from Bad to Good .
