Beautiful apartment in the historic center of Ulm, just 50 meters from the paid parking lot. Spacious, very bright, with all comforts and high-quality appliances (fridge, cooker, etc.), excellent Wi-Fi — I would describe it as luxurious. Just a few personal notes: the €400 deposit is excessive, as is the extra €30 charge for the dog (who is certainly much better behaved than some humans). Too many emails before check-in, some even repetitive, and the self check-in was a bit stressful, especially since the office is closed on weekends. HOWEVER, the entrance door was opened for me, and since I hadn’t received the code to collect the keys, a kind young lady called me and sent the code via WhatsApp. As a “boomer,” not born alongside the internet — so a bit of my own ignorance — it would have been easier for me if they had communicated the check-in procedure by phone. But then everything went smoothly, and they refunded the deposit within a couple of days. So, in the end, everything was great! I will probably stay with them again on my next annual inter-European trips between the UK and my home country. Thank you.
Dog fees of 30 euro (maximum paied at same level accomodation was euro 20), deposit of euro 400 (anyway,refunded in a couple of days). Could be great if they 'd organize self check in by phone (message), for the old people as me!

I had a great last minute stay in this pretty stylish interior apartment. The check in worked full working on the internet and was pretty easy and straight forward. Place is very clean and super located in the center of the town. Car parking was working excellent and I could charge my EV next to the location. Host was friendly and I got my Deposit back in cash the next day without any problems.
noting - all good / I did not had a working credit card but the host was very friendly and let me put the deposit in Cash. Perfectly got back next day.

Great location near to everything, Markus of the staff was nice
Communication is foolish (17 mails, 10 sms, all unclear), procedure for self check in simply out of mind, no soap, no cleaning products, nothing is supplied unless you pay a 30€ welcome pack
