Located in the quiet village of Località Ossaia, this charming holiday home offers a relaxing stay for up to 8 guests. Just 5 km from the historic town of Cortona, it welcomes families, friends, and pets alike. With WiFi and a private garden, it’s ideal for unwinding while staying connected to nearby sights. Restaurants are only 1 km away, and the train station at 3 km makes day trips simple.
The home is spread over three levels, offering plenty of space and privacy. The ground floor includes a living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. There’s also a double bedroom with a private bathroom. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en-suite. The attic houses another en-suite bedroom, perfect for a quiet retreat.
Outdoors, enjoy the garden with barbecue and furniture, ideal for dining under the stars. The private pool (8 x 4 m, open May to September) invites you to cool off in summer. Heating, air conditioning, a wood stove, washing machine, and a children's bed ensure a convenient and comfortable stay in every season.
