About this villa rental
The spacious and welcoming Villa Senses occupies a privileged location above the tourist resort of Gouvia and provides breathtaking, unobstructed views over the coastline of Corfu, through Gouvia Marina up to Corfu Town in the distance. Modernly finished and cleverly designed, Villa Senses can sleep up to 8/9 guests in 4 bedrooms and is fully air-conditioned. Due to its excellent location, attention to detail, extensive private gardens with swimming pool, airy interiors, this property is the perfect choice for a large family or a group of friends looking for a genuinely Corfiot holiday yet in easy reach of the sea, Corfu Town and the airport. Without forgetting an unbeatable value for money!
Layout
The villa is set over three floors to take advantage of the living space and the fantastic views. An attractive iron gate leads to the private parking area. The main living area is on the middle floor. It features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a nicely decorated lounge (extra sofa bed for the 9th guest) with a log fire, and patio doors opening to the front veranda and pool area (offering great views), a WC. An interior staircase leads to the upper level, onto the sea-facing main bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The main bedroom also has direct access to a private terrace with unobstructed views of the Ionian Sea. Three bedrooms are located on the lower floor and are accessible via a staircase from the lounge. They are respectively two doubles and a twin, sharing a family shower room. Two bedrooms have further direct access via patio doors to the outside, with a staircase leading directly to the pool area. For the comfort of our guests, the interiors of the villa are fully air-conditioned.
Outside terraces and pool
The lovely, private swimming pool is within well-cared gardens with a lawn. It measures 9 X 4 m and has comfortable sunbeds and parasols. The swimming pool faces east towards the sea and attracts sun all day long, with beautiful views: it is the perfect spot to enjoy long, warm days under the shining Corfiot sun. For the lovers of al-fresco dining, a poolside pergola with barbecue is available: dining with the lights of Corfu town in the background will be a true dream!
The area is charming, unobstructed, quiet and densely planted with olive trees, just a 5-minute drive from all local facilities and the famous Marina of Gouvia.

What a fantastic house this is! The basement contains three spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom. The ground floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, and toilet. The upper floor has a large bedroom, bathroom, and balcony with a fantastic view. Plenty of outdoor seating (including covered seating). The pool is fantastic (unheated and chilly in October), perfect for swimming laps, easily accessible, and slopes down to a depth of 1.5 to 1 meter. But above all, the service was fantastic. Everything was taken care of, communication was incredibly smooth, and there was always a super-fast response. Even when something went wrong (our own fault!!), it was resolved incredibly quickly. The personal touch (in the form of homemade cake, cookies, a bottle of wine and water, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar) was also greatly appreciated. We would love to come back! Thanks for the wonderful time! (A car is necessary, but then everything is very close!)

It was all perfect, sparkling clean, fully equipped Kitchen and they really thought in details to make our stay very enjoyable. The location was perfect, quiet and away from the crowd, yet all was reachable by car in few minutes. The owner surprised us with a homemade cake too. It was delicious. Thank you for all, when in Corfu, we will be back.
