Very nice and cozy apartment; quiet area

The apartment is at the basement of the owner's house; this was not highlighted before. Due to that, the light was not so good, and it was a little cold; with the heating put on Max, I still needed additional measures to stay warm. Also, the owner was living in the house. For me, this was unexpected.
