Absolutely amazing, the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was very clean, and the receptionists were very kind, Lucille was incredibly lovely. 100/10 the beds are quite spacious and have curtains, which give you more privacy. The bathroom and shower are a great size and very clean. The location is excellent, with very easy access to the Underground and buses just a few minutes walk away.

Highly recommend for the social activities if you're under 25!
If I have to complain about anything, the bathrooms were often times dirty, especially after the 8pm pregame! It'd be beneficial to do a quick wipe down after everyone leaves to party Also, it's a shame that the kitchen is closed from 6pm till 9pm (this should be listed on your FAQ since I wouldn't have booked had I known). The TV area also closes pretty early :(

Location and staff
Heating didn’t work. The room was very cold. Even though I asked staff to fix the it, nothing had been done. Bathroom on the first floor is very small.
