About this house rental
House with 03 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms within the Community "Lemon Tree Ranch" with complete leisure infrastructure and total security (doorman 24 hours).
The pool of natural water, the sauna and the grass soccer field are part of the condominium structure, surrounded by greenery to please nature lovers (wonderful view of the mountains and Atlantic Forest).
The house was renovated in 2014 and consists of:
- Lounge with 04 sofas, sound, DVD, Home Theater, 40 "LED TV with SKY.
- 1 suite with 1 double bed.
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed.
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and one bunk bed.
- 2 bathrooms remodeled with luxury shower.
- Kitchen with stove, fridge-freezer and utensils (cups, plates, pots and cutlery).
- Balcony with barbecue and networks to rest.
- Lawn Garden.
- Parking for 03 cars inside the ground, with possibility to park more cars in the internal street from the condo (at the house).
The house has beds to accommodate 9 people. For larger groups, they can be taken mats are spread in the room of the house.
We do not provide sheets and towels.

A casa é ampla e bem equipada, e a área externa é mais bonita que nas fotos - o jardim é super bem cuidado. Ótima para levar cachorro, toda murada e segura. Proprietária atenciosa. A piscina natural do condomínio é maravilhosa! Só falta mesmo na casa tela nas janelas e ar-condicionado. Como há muito verde no entorno, entram muitos insetos, e se deixarmos tudo fechado a noite no verão esquenta bastante. Mas tem muitos ventiladores. Enfim, o custo-benefício é bastante favorável.

A casa é bem agradável e o jardim é muito bom, com uma vista linda para as montanhas. Fomos com nossos 4 cachorros e deu tudo certo. A casa é murada e segura para eles. O condomínio tem uma ótima área de lazer.

Recomendamos muito! Atendimento dos proprietários é nota 1.000. O condomínio é muito bom. Fomos com as crianças que logo no primeiro dia já fizeram amizade com outras crianças do condomínio e se divertiram muito. A casa não tem ar-condicionado, mas dispõem de ventiladores portáteis e todos os quartos com ventiladores de teto. Conta um com chuveirão maravilhoso para poder se refrescar e o no condomínio uma piscina natural que fica aberta 24 horas. Vamos repetir!

A casa é exatamente como nas fotos. Tem bebedor, geladeira, fogão com forno, uma área externa com churrasqueira e uma varanda deliciosa! O condomínio é tranquilo, bonito e oferece várias formas de lazer. A dona da casa é muito atenciosa e solícita. Foi ótimo fim de semana.
