Kein 2. Bad nur ein WC. Im einten Zimmer keine Möglichkeit um Kleider zu verstauen, Schrank fehlte! Garage nicht für grössere Auto geeignet.

Schöne große Unterkunft. Sehr nette Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin, welche auch jederzeit für Rückfragen zur Verfügung standen.Die Wohnung war soweit mit allem ausgestattet.

Die Wände vom kleinen WC waren so dünn, dass man die Toilette im Zeitraum von 21/22 Uhr bis morgens 6 Uhr nicht nutzen konnte.

Nice location. The lake is about 2-3 minutes. It's not in the center but the journey takes about 15 minutes on foot and is very pleasant! Riva is so beautiful! Supermarket and bus stop to Rovereto are near. Kitchen was ok, but no salt, coffee, tea, etc. Bathroom big and convinient.

Description on booking.com is misleading. It states: - Additional bathroom & additional toilet. In fact there is only an additional toilet which you can't use because the light is not working and the owner doesn't want to mend it! As there were several grown-ups and we were countiong on the description for us it was a disappointment and inconvinience. - Safety Deposit Box: the owner said he never used it and didn't have a key. Why in that case it's in the description? Beds in the twin room are small and narrow, ok for children, but not so well for grown-ups, The owner said there was no heating in the apartment (it was cold outside), but it was. I didn't understand why he said so. The house has extremelly thin walls, you can hear neighbours, it seems they are in the same room and they can hear you:) (but at night it's very quiet). House rules states you can't use the additional toilet, dish-washer, washing machine from 1 to 4 pm and from 9 pm.
