The staff was just great, helpful, friendly, happy. And, the cat is amazingly cute. The room has plenty of space, it was exactly what I needed to rest my brain and body for some hours

The staff were super nice and helpful and they made sure that we were checked in and taken to our room. The rooms are very basic but comfortable. It feels like a hostel for adults, in a good way.
No warning about a cat! My friend has severe allergies and started coughing immediately in the lobby.

This place is good for overnight stay and a short walk to and from the Milan train station.
I just couldn't bear transiting from Milan to Venice on a 3 hour train ride at 7pm after touching down from Frankfurt at 5pm. I was pushing 17 kg luggage from the Milan Airport station to the connecting train where the station isn't that accessible (very very uncomfortable and needed to get out the station walk thru cobbled streets)
This hotel was the cheapest one so I took it. There's a small supermarket across the street. There are 2 bathrooms on the floor so if one is occupied, use the other one. Front Desk is 24 hours. Heating was reliable. The noise from the street was muffled.
I wish there was a ramp for the luggage.

The room is big, and the sharing bathroom was clean. Good location and surrounded with many yummy restaurants and cafes.
The wall of the room is very thin, I think. It was quite noisy sometimes.
