The villa was as expected. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is nice and quiet. The villa is opposite a small rice paddy which was a great view. There are fireflies at night in the bushes and fields to keep the little ones entertained.
The walls between the villas are high enough to provide privacy, but the front is very low and did not provide full privacy when other villa residents walk past.
There is a new coffee shop only a couple of minutes walk away and a few local warungs a few mintes further offering very cheap eats and drinks (cocktails for ~60k IDR). Also a short walk down the paths to the other restuarants, coffee shops, warungs and minimarts.
Always love relaxing in Ubud and this place, with a private pool, provided that tranquil retreat.
NOTE: the map location link on Booking.com is to the rear of the property, which is accessed via narrow laneways (not accessible by car). Use the address when looking up the location on Maps which takes you to the front of the property.
The villa only has high walls around three sides and not the front, so it did not offer as much privacy as other stays we've had which was fully enclosed. The kitchen, being outdoors, was expectedly a little dirty. The utensils were either a flimsy or looked worn out. Could also be stocked with a bottle opener.

Staff is very polite and beautiful people. Property has a secret way out that takes you to rice fields and other shops if you just want peace. There was a river going right in front of our villa. Everything was so beautiful, can't explain in words. Although all the staff was very lovely but I don't remember anyone's name except Seki (i think that's how it spells), she drew us a map to the ubud art market and showed us a little cute way out from the villa. We are keeping her handrawan map as a souvenir to remind us a beautiful memory.
Everything is beautiful but just for a feedback if there would be more lightening near the mirror in the bedroom, it would help to get ready. Maybe a small bulb or a lamp near that mirror would be ideal.

Beautiful, secluded place: clean, comfortable, private. Amazingly helpful staff. I had a heavenly stay here.

Was quite place
The staff was not welcoming during check out time . Haven’t help us to put luggage in taxi . They don’t have spa premises neither proper kitchen. Water supply in bathroom was not there . No proper resort or spa passable
