the smallest double bed i have ever been in. the room itself is small but clean and well furnished

Location was great in between Hamilton and Glasgow buses running every ten minutes or so bus stops just outside the hotel

Had front room which was noisy with traffic and people outside the bar bathroom was quiet small as was the shower

Excellent, hospitable, kind staff who went more than the extra mile. Breakfast superb, as was the waitress. Good, high pressure shower. Contemporary decoration and nice cotton sheets. Private room .

Room felt small as partly in eaves and double bed but is advertised as such. Noise of the kitchen extractor fan noisy and noticeable. Frosted glass windows meant no view. Bathroom sink way too small to wash or shave without dropping water on floor. Pillows far too bulky and uncomfortable. No choice of thinner pillows. Room needed to smell fresher as quite airless although we were kindly provided with a fan. However, didn't want to open the window because of the the noisy kitchen extractor fan. EV chargepoint not working but staff very kindly went to take me to another charger and amazingly - drop me and return me to hotel if needed: that is amazing service.🥰 thankyou
