Good location. Very courteous staff. Excellent rooms.
Good breakfast. A very convenient shuttle service to and from the airport.
Food options for dinner were quite limited. The hotel needs a full-fledged restaurant.

The location is very close to the airport.
The free shuttle pick up at airport was just great and then you can pay a small fee for the hotel to airport or catch the No: 10 tram where the stop is just around the corner at the end of the street.
Also this tram No: 10 made it very easy to travel into the city central stop right in the heart of Zurich.

The location is near tram station. Shuttle bus service to the airport at a fee.
I have booked a room for 3 persons. Upon checking in, I found out that the room facilities were only for 2 persons, i. e. only 2 cups, 2 pairs of room slippers, 2 bathrobes, 2 bottles of mineral water. Besides, no electric kettle, no toiletries like toothpaste and toothbrushes provided as stated. Although coffee maker was provided but without coffee capsules. On the 2nd day, again only 2 bottles of water given, and on the 3rd day, there was only 1 bottle. Upon request, the receptionist told me that only 1 bottle will be provided to each room, any extra will be charged. Alternatively, l could just drink from the tap. This was very unlikely to happen for a 4 Star hotel.
