Central location and lovely breakfast available in the cafe area downstairs
A few coat hooks would be good and whilst not a criticism guests should be aware that it’s a climb to the attic rooms

I liked the location. It was also a warm and very clean room. The staff was friendly and there was a proper luggage storage. Great for a short stay.
The bed was a little bit too soft for my back but that’s an individual issue.

Close to the city center, it is really possible to do everything on foot, especially because Bruges is quite small.
I suggest that the staff make it clearer what is and is not included in the accommodation. The blanket was very small for two people, the bathroom flooded every time we took a shower because there was no shower door, there is no TV, no refrigerator, and no air conditioning. The heater is low quality, the stairs are very steep, and the street is noisy.
