Great location for diving. Lovely water pressure with hot showers. Nice room but no safe or fridge. Lovely comfortable bed and quiet rooms.

Breakfast choice was a bit limited. Pancakes were premade and either cold or tepid.

Restaurant on site was really good, especially breakfast service. Good location close to shops, cafes and beach.

The pillows did have mould and had a damp feel, but I always travel with my own pillowcase.

This lovely little hotel had a very attractive pool and a nice shaded area off the lobby to relax. The room was clean and bright with a nice little balcony in the tree tops. We appreciated the mosquito netting as well. It was great to be able to arrange a snorkling trip to the national park from the hotel. There was a decent breakfast included and the fact that it was a few hundred meters off the main highway made it pleasantly quiet.

The only shortcoming with our room was that the safe would not work for us, when we locked it, it beeped constantly. Not at problem as we were not expecting a safe to start with.

Perfect location in Pemuteran, beautiful swimming pool and good restaurant. Beds are ok, and the bathroom has hot water easily which is a good point usually in this part of the island.

Main issue I've felt is that the hotel want to master locally the paiement and not getting the process easier for its customers as not allowing payment via Booking website. Could be ok as other hotels are doing the same, but once you are at the place they explain you that it's better to pay them everything in cash as they will input 3% tax if you want to pay by credit card. So you can pay with cash but on top there is only one ATM in the city, which was not working with my French BNP Visa Premier as too old machine... Unfortunately you feel a bit like trapped for paying the hotel and other services with them only in cash or with taxes, 10€ in my case. On top one part of a snorkelling activity had to be paid in cash, I was missing 12€ in cash on a total of 85€, they've accepted me to complete with credit card but with the addition of the 3% tax. To sum up, do not expect any gesture. Concerning the hotel itself, it is a bit old school for the price. Staff seems nice but the atmosphere is globaly less friendly and welcoming than all the other hotels we had for 10 days previously in Bali. It's unfortunately a bit obvious that the attention is put on the diving club linked to the hotel as their customers seem prioritized for attention. WiFi is really poor if you have not a room near reception, your devices can not catch it 80% of the time as there is only one box not so accessible. There is no sound isolation, so either from chicken at one side of the hotel, rooms above yours or swimming pool as the glass door is not perfectly closing, don't expect to sleep after 8am in the morning. Finally the breakfast buffet is full from 7am to 8:30 but after they are reducing all wich is proposed and choice becomes really small. Overall the hotel announces that all its steps are taken with ecological concerns in mind, but in the end we rather have the impression that the main concern is to do everything to make all the smallest economies possible.
