The owners were very welcoming and the rooms very comfortable with some nice touches. The big surprise was the breakfast, it was delicious and a great way to finish our stay in Tasmania.

The area was lovely and the staff were welcoming. The room was quite pleasant but the bed was atrocious.
I felt like I was sleeping on a slab of concrete. I hardly got any sleep because of the bed, there was no under blanket or pillow topper on it; one of the worst sleeps I’ve ever had. The spa bath took about an hour to fill and the “hot” water was warmish at best. For a higher end price of $200 a night for a single traveller, I’m sorely disappointed.
