It was near the palace theatre.
It was secure.
The breakfast would suited everyone.
The room was great as i needed a seat in the shower It was great. The loo was taller too which was better for me.
The bed was comfy.
I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Room was freezing had 2 ask at reception for them 2 do the heating and they controlled it from behind reception

The bed was adequate.
The shower was ok.
TV took up half the room.
Huge floor to ceiling window, not great for vertigo.
Didn't realise til we got there, this is the infamous Holiday Inn that turned away pre-booked homeless people that had paid to stay. Took the shine off the visit.

Pheasant staff and a great location
We missed breakfast because it wasn't clear what time it finished. Posters suggested it was open until 10.30am but when we came down at 9.40 they said it had finished so we had no breakfast
