Staff welcomed us and our large dog with huge enthusiasm (for the dog!) and were attentive

Staff great as usual. Breakfast and communal areas are fine.
Bed - far too small and much smaller that we are used to in IHG hotels (room 211).
Traffic noise from cars doing wheelies and racing on the main roads until the early hours led to a very disturbed night.
