Location perfect for access to our family’s home.
Breakfast was adequate.
We like the lounge area.
Kingsize mattress was very firm but the staff did manage to soften it up with extra topping!
Guests need reminding that they are in public corridors and to be more considerate when accessing their rooms etc

Its location was perfect for our stay
I didnt like u had to open a tab on your room for drinks and food after a certain time .anyone could have put anything on ur room if they wanted to no signing .paying at the bar would have been much easier or even paying in advance for food. Not enough staff on for amount of people staying in hotel
