Great for kids. They have a lovely soft play area for kids of all ages. The pool is good too.
The rooms are a bit dated but they were perfect with kids.

Was nice, good value, pretty nice area at the front and the rooms were nice inside
The corridors had an odd smell in them and were a bit dark and dingy in places.. sprucing them up would make a huge difference to the overall property in my opinion.

Breakfast was good, although there were no self-serve options for tea or coffee, you had to request them individually. That said, the dining staff were very humble and accommodating.
I reported the bathroom sink not draining to reception immediately upon entering the room, but it was never addressed during my stay. I’m unsure why the issue was ignored, and the experience left me feeling uncomfortable.

The play area for kids absolutely brilliant feature to hotel and receptionist was very friendly on arrival.
Family room was smaller then expected. Curtains were tore in different areas also think there was stains of chocolate on the white lace curtains and stains on wall of a previous leakage in room. Stayed in room 320
