The location was excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
The Wi-Fi connection could have been better, and there was sometimes noise from outside at night. A few more kitchen amenities would also improve the experience

Change of towels every two days. German TV channels
We asked for quiet apartment on upper floors - instead we got an apartment on the ground floor which was very noisy. Check-Reception not willing to make any change. Sofabed was not made during arrival. Reception very unprofessionell and unfriendly - rejected to issue invoice - only after complaint at Booking.com, reception was ready to issue invoice. Water pressure of shower was very low - we asked Reception for fixing. Nothing happened....
