The view is exceptional. The rooms comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was good
No restaurant, bar, cafe or supermarket within walking distance and no food available at the property beside breakfast.

The hotel is on a hill near Stresa and the view is great. You need a car. There are no shops or restaurants close to the hotel. Great view of Lago Maggiore from the balcony of our room.
Very good breakfast in a big room with large windows and option to use the terrace with an open view to the lake.
In the room there is a minibar and electric kettle. Good bathroom with bath tube.
The host was very nice, she prepared sandwiches for us since we left early to the airport.
The bed in our room was not comfortable, and a bit noisy...I doubt if it was "queen" as it should be.

The establishment matches its description well, with a friendly and helpful team who can communicate in English for basic information. The room had everything needed to ensure it could be properly closed and secured.
The place offers everything you need, including a lovely terrace with a soothing view of the lake. I definitely recommend it for its value for money and its convenient location close to Stresa — ideal for a walk along the lakeside.
If, like me, you're a light sleeper, you may hear some noises in the hallway and doors opening, as the sound insulation is on the lighter side. However, don't hesitate to bring your own pillow if you have the space — it can add a touch of softness, as the mattress and pillow provided are on the firmer side. This isn't a negative point, just something to keep in mind.
