A atmosfera do hotel, todo em madeira, é muito legal e aconchegante. Não cheguei a esquiar a partir de lá, mas me pareceu praticamente ski in and out. O SPA é delicioso, com opção de sauna seca e a vapor, além de jacuzzi e piscina.
O cômodo da privada era GELADO, não tem aquecedor nele, eu passei MUITO frio para ir ao banheiro à noite, um completo ABSURDO!!! Além disso, o aquecimento do quarto é feito na recepção, as atendentes falam inglês mal não entenderam meus pedidos e meu quarto continuou frio, mais frio do que eu gostaria, mas longe do problema do banheiro, claro! Também o quarto era MUITO pequeno, enquanto o banheiro era metade do tamanho do quarto, o que não faz sentido... Simplesmente NÃO TEM onde por duas malas nesse quarto e olha que eram duas malas de mão!!!

The location was fantastic. The rooms great, the facilities super and the staff so helpful.
The breakfast was ok. The pancakes were often cold when they came out and were placed not in anything that keeps them warm. I think they could change that.
I also picked up a vomiting bug which lasted 24 hours. It wiped me out for one day. We heard of 3 others in one family and another girl from another family. It made me a little nervous as the week went on.
