About this house rental
Rent house in theix, close to valves, all comfort.
Capacity 5 people with its garden and large private parking.
House near the center of theix and its city buses that will take you to the heart of valves.
The house has two bedrooms (third bedroom in progress from July 2018, with capacity +2 people, with a supplement on site), a bathroom, two toilets.
The main room consists of a kitchen open to the living / dining room. Large bay windows illuminate this large room and offer a very sunny view terraces allow you to enjoy the outdoors.
In summer, there are gas barbecue and games for children (sandbox, rocking toys ...).
The kitchen is fully equipped with complete crockery, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, etc.
In addition you will enjoy a TV, WiFi access, washing machine, iron, freezer, bed linen and towels provided.
Available on 2 nights minimum (from 98 euros to 110 depending on the period) and from Saturday to Saturday (July and August).
Attached to the house there is a private living area with independent entrance for the owner or his family, all with independent entrance and terraces on the opposite side so that everyone can have their autonomy.

When you arrive, a water and electricity statement (at your expense) will be made with you.
Cleaning must be done when you leave, an option on site will be noted on your welcome note if you do not wish to do so.
Our animal freinds are not admitted.
