We absolutely love this hotel! The place itself is worth recommending, as Saas Fee is truly magical! The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast has plenty of choice and all the staff were extremally polite and kind. By planning our trip, the only plan was to relax and just to have time for us, no rush, walk around and enjoy the place as it was our 10 wedding anniversary. The hotel surprised us by offering us an upgraded room. Yes, we will be returning and hopefully having more beautiful anniversaries there! Thank you so much!

We enjoyed the room with all the special touches of the bed being turned down and the floor cloth placed beside the bed and especially the view with the deck. The spa was very refreshing after a long day of skiing, and the breakfast offered many choices aside from the breakfast buffet you could also order freshly made crepes, pancakes and numerous styles of eggs.

Lovely breakfast and bar area with brilliant staff. The pool very nice too.
The gym and surrounding area smelt of sewage. Really horrible. I was desperate to use the gym (because the slopes were shut due to avalanche risks) but I found the smell of sewage too much!
Our family suite was small and the shower way too small which also leaked. The bath jacuzzi didn’t work.
