Good location, right opposite submarine base and carrefour just across parking lot. Breakfast was good. Room was a good size for France. Nice to be able to sit downstairs in lounge area and have a drink.
Parking is out front of Hotel for free IF you get a space or in paid parking between hotel and submarine base for €15 a day. Free between 7pm to 9am.

Extremely helpful reception staff, especially the lady from Mexico and her trainee receptionist. Gave us great advice as to where to visit in the area and local restaurants. Very comfortable room and bed. Good breakfast. Good location.
Nothing except signage to the hotel was very small from the road.

Breakfast is a bit poor. I'd add more options with vegetable milk with no sugar for example.
