Location and the Alexandre the concierge was exceptional

The room was on the first floor and since the breakfast was on the same floor the corridor was smelly, which was quite unpleasant.
The receptionist was so quick and pleasant to deal with, that woman greeted us very nicely.
The room was not small and had a nice balcony. The bathroom was also nice and convenient.
And the breakfast place was so small that it was very surprising for a 4 star hotel. The same was the lobby it was not suitable at all for a 4 star hotel.
