Friendly and professional staff, clean and comfortable room, really good breakfast and great value for money.
I can't think of anything. I suppose location would be a problem if you wanted to walk in to Burton. On the other hand, you are close to the canal and Branston water park, where there are nice walks and there are out of town places to eat close by.

The room was clean. Pleasant smell in communal area.
It wasn't explained where I could get food in the evening. There was a screw half out in plug next ti the bed. So I wasn't able to have phone by my bed while it charged. The window was closed but there was a gap all around, the room was freezing. Instructions for heating weren't clear. Pillows were not comfy. Breakfast wasn't great....rolls were stale, hash browns not pleasant.
