Little Villa is our romantic ca.57m2 guesthouse in a beautiful green park-like setting, in Frankfurt with the city center and fairgrounds / Messe easy to reach by car or public transportation in 15-25 minutes.

It is independent from the main house with its own entrance. Large living space with living room, full kitchen, one bedroom, a spacious daylight bathroom. Charming terrace surrounded by green & garden access. Plus pebble patio with hammock and table (great for breakfast in the morning sun). Perfect for single business travelers as well as families.

Benefit from being surrounded by beautiful nature while also being close to Frankfurt city center, airport, trade fair grounds and 2-3 minute walking distance to local amenities.

Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking with pots, pans, coffee machine, toaster, hot water boiler, dishes, silverware, dish washer, refrigerator / freezer.
Dining table extends to seat up to 10 people.
Spacious and bright daylight bathroom with level shower and washing machine / dryer.
Enjoy the cool granite floors in summer and floor heating in winter.

Surroundings
Residential area on north-west edge of Frankfurt. The path behind the house leads into open fields and to the creek Steinbach with views of the Taunus mountain range. A 5-minute walk in the other direction is Frankfurt's large 400 acre (168 hectars) central park Niddapark offering beautiful walks, bike rides and jogging trails through stunning nature (extensive park, thick forests, charming river Nidda) and a well equipped open air gym, large well kept playgrounds and dog park.

Local bakery, grocery, butcher, pharmacy, dry cleaners, post office, bank, tailor, hair dresser, beauty salon and restaurants (Italian, Asian, German, ice parlor, wine bar) around the corner.
Renowned Schuchs Restaurant 5 minute walk offers fine service and Frankfurt cuisine with a unique variety of local apple wines and apple based dishes.
For big shopping, a large shopping mall at 10-15 minutes walk.
Hospital Krankenhaus Nordwest and medical center (Triamedis Ärztehaus) with several doctors' offices and physical rehab center also in walking distance as well as Thai massage place.

Tennis club (incl. Two covered courts) at 15 minute walking and 2 minute driving distance.
An architerural and historic gem is the Ernst-May museum at a 5-10 minute walk, showing first German trackhousing settlement with electric power and radio.
