About this house rental

Enjoy your morning coffee under a covered porch watching deer go by. This mountain retreat features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and ample parking. Wifi and SmartTv, Dvd player included. Central Air/Heat. Sleeps 6.

Approximately 20 miles from the entrance to Yosemite National Park.

Located in the gated Pine Mountain Lake Community, with all of its amenities:
- Within a mile of Pine Mountain Lake beach resort (Open during summer months)
- Paddle Boats, Paddle Boards, Sailboats, Kayaks available for rent
- Community Pool
- Hiking Trials
- BBQ Pits, Picnic Area, Snack Shop
- Golf Course

- Convenience Store
- Pro Shop

*The Pine Mountain Lake HOA requires a $31 (one time) fee per vehicle to enter the gated community, good for up to seven days. Parking fees are non-refundable.
