Everything was spotless.
Although the facilities, the room, the spa, everything was a bit old, a bit dated, the fact that it was clean, made all the difference
The location is also nice, close to the center. Far from the ski area, but there is a shuttle
The beds are really old and unconfortable. The room was cold.
Some of the staff was not particularly helpful.

The hotel was perfect..the location was great,close to the center,clean,helpful staff..
Both breakfast and dinner were excellent and delicious
The best thing of all,was that the owner himself came to the restaurant and asked us our opinion. He asked if we had any problems or complaints and he was available to fix everything, very kind and smiling. We will definitely stay at this hotel if we come again.
