Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w pobliżu plaży i zamku w Kalmar. ok. 1 km od centrum, ok. 600 m do najbliższego sklepu. Cicha spokojna okolica, przynajmnien w tej porze roku ( kwiecień), Wygodny parking dobry i łatwy dojazd samochodem. Pełny węzeł sanitarny , kuchnia z lodówką, płytą do gotowania, czajnikiem, opiekaczem i nawet ekspresem do kawy
Idealny byłby niewielki przedsionek przy wejściu do pokoju- ale to już jako udogodnienie przydatne w deszczowe dni- wtedy mokre okrycia można byłoby tam zostawić
