Great location, near to famous landmarks, well equipped kitchen, comfortable seating and beds. The apartment was very spacious for a family of 4. Nearby supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants etc everything very convenient. It has a rustic French style.
Needs a shower holder / hook for the shower head. The outside shutter for the children's room needs attaching as the wind is blowing it and it's making a banging noise.

Lovely big open feel apartment, stunning views, good location, great communication - friendly staff. All utensils, plates cups bowls in order. Very clean with fresh linen and towels.
Very cold in the appartment, the apartment does not look like it does in the pictures which is a shame, very dated in some parts and quite dangerous with wires and leads hanging from walls and ceilings, tiles and chunks missing from the bathroom wall, heater wires have all been cut. Cannot use the shower only hand held and cannot fill the bath as the plug has been broken. Splash back in kitchen completely smashed. Bad smell on entrance to apartments building like urine. Appartment opposite played very loud music late at night so children’s could not sleep. Could be a stunning appartment if some work and decor was attended to and also warmer in the autumn/winter months would be nice. TV only works sometimes, all batteries from all controls had been removed.

We waren al voorbereid op het slechte onderhoud en daar was inderdaad niets aan verbeterd. Jammer, want het doet afbreuk aan de kwaliteit van het mooie appartement.
Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig, maar op het bad zit bijvoorbeeld geen stop. Vrij eenvoudig om een inloopdouche in de badkamer te maken.
Raam in de ene slaapkamer moet open kunnen.
Broodrooster werkt niet.
Bedlampjes graag.
Beetje meer aandacht voor de aankleding en de afwerking zou het appartement eer aan doen.

Location was very good, lovely Christmas market outside, lots of shops and location to metro was very good.
Check in and out was easy.
Good size apartment and looks like it was decorated to a good standard at some point but sadly not been maintained.
I wasn’t impressed with the property.
No free parking available , I had to pay for public parking 5 mins away in a multi story car park €30 a day!
No shower, only a bath with shower attachment and the plug for the bath didn’t even work.
Property is in need of some major repairs, water damage, paint peeling and broken splashback mirror in
kitchen which was unsafe.
Unable to open the bedroom window to open the shutters and so I had to listen to the metal shutters hitting the railings in the wind all night so couldn’t sleep.
Very small lift to the property on the fifth floor, it’s only big enough for 1 suitcase and 1 person this was a pain with 4 adults and a baby, pram didn’t fit and there are 5 flights of stairs.
I feel this should be explained in the description.
Place needs a good clean and some investment, new bedding/ pillows and pillow protectors a must as badly stained and need throwing away.
Have to say it was supposed to be a treat for my 50th birthday but it wasn’t pleasant at all.
