There is a roundabout close to the hotel where there needs to be a sign indicating where to go from there to find the hotel. The "reception" sign at the property is small and partially hidden by grass. We had trouble finding the place, partially because we didn't have access to GPS and partially because of bad signage.

Breakfast was excellent and the location with view was amazing.
There was a kettle in the room, but no cups to make tea or coffee.
