The location was great. 5min walk to the beach. Quiet location. Lovely setting. The converted barn looked great and was perfect for our family of four. The owners were lovely, helpful and kind. The fresh eggs were tasty
Missed a powerful shower but enjoyed a bath instead.

Quirky cosy comfortable little cottage. A little difficult to find/see at 4.40 pm as very dark, but warm friendly welcome. Warm with all the heaters - on for our arrival. Well equipped kitchen. Short walk to South Beach. Short walk into Heacham.
Handheld shower nozzle over bathtub a little difficult for those not as agile - shower curtain around would have been safer.

Rustic charm, good living space, proximity to the beach, welcoming owner.
There were some signs of wear and tear that cd have been easily sorted -Shredded duvet inside cover, torn front door mat right thru the WELCOME wording, dropped kitchen cupboards .
There was pivotal no EV charging point, nor did the local store points work.
There was no garden space for the property as pictured in its gallery, only communal spaces, the area outside the French windows to our living space being the main thoroughfare to breakfast for B&B guests so we had to keep the blinds closed for privacy.
