Very cute 290 sf studio with full kitchen, lines and towels, blow dryer, iron and board, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, etc. It has a flat screen TV, Wifi and cable. We're located only 3 miles from downtown/Riverwalk, 3.5 miles from the popular Pearl Brewery District, only 12 min from Medical Center and walking distance (at the end of the street) to the beautiful and historical Woodlawn Lake. The lake has a pool that is open the public (seasonal), a beautiful park with outdoor workout equipment and very nice walking trails. We have a pavilion and picnic table with bbq pit available for our guests to use. We have also just added a laundry room with king size washer and dryer for the 3 studios to use. This remains locked and only our guests have the code and key to get in.
