Location and friendly staff, very nice area and we enjoyed the swimming pool.
Cottage was quite dated, mattress was uncomfortable, it was peaceful location.

Nice little base to come back to in the evening after a hard day discovering North Devon.
The only thing that we didn’t like about the property, was the showerhead kept falling down so we had to prop it up with something.

The pictures didn't give it justice. Really homely cosey feel. Staff on hand to help whenever needed. Facilities excellent with heated pool. Really lovely breakfast. Peacocks came to the door in the morning to say hi. Great views.
