5 'walk from the charming medieval village of Sablet, and 3 km from the classified village of Séguret;
large renovated and air-conditioned house of 240m2 on 3 levels.
Has large living spaces, beautiful materials, terrace very well oriented and sheltered from wind and sun.
Shaded outdoor seating area for beautiful summer days.
Individual air conditioning in all rooms.

Very large swimming pool of 16mx4m secured by a fence.
Can accommodate 12 people in the five bedrooms and two as extra.

A modern well appointed spacious house. Air con in every room which was needed. Lovely large pool with child locked to enter. Great outside area. Very close to the village for shopping etc. Overall a great property . The host Magali was very helpful with recommendations for things to do and see. We can recommend the specialist ice-cream in Seguret, and the electric bike hire from Veloz was great fun. You wont be disappointed by this house or the location.

Maison tout à fait adaptée pour un séjour familial réunissant petits et grands avec de grands espaces dedans et dehors : terrasse abritée, vaste salle à manger, salon avec TV séparé, piscine propre et vraiment grande, cuisine équipée et neuve. Hôte très sympathique et réactive. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter 😎

C est une maison très agréable, où l on trouve tout ce qu il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances, même ce qu on trouve que rarement ailleurs, de grands faitouts pour une cuisine familiale (15), mixer, et batteur, beaucoup de vaisselle.
Magali nous a même prêté son caquelon et son réchaud pour une fondue suisse, merci Magali.
La pièce de vie + cuisine, est vraiment grande, lumineuse, et la salle télé, séparée est un vrai bonheur.
Merci encore à Magali et à son mari pour avoir dépanné la télé très rapidement.
On retrouve bien les photos des chambres, toutes agréables, sauf la 2, petite et le lit, 3 en 1, n'est pas pratique pour des ados un peu grands.
L accès à la chambre parentale + sdb au 2eme étage,est un peu difficile car pentu, et ce n était pas indiqué sur l annonce.
On a pu profiter de l extérieur, même si le temps ne permettait de se baigner.
En résumé, un séjour vraiment agréable dans "la maison de famille" qui a plu à tout le monde.
