Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Kaffeemaschine und Spülmaschine haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Lage ist zentral und mit kurzen Wegen zu mehreren Bushaltestellen. Eine Anreise mit Auto ist schwierig. Ich war mit ÖPNV unterwegs.

Gute Lage, Rolläden zum Schutz vor Sonne waren an dem heißen Wochenende wertvoll.
Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern.
Die Wohnung ist halt in der Innenstadt und bis spät in die Nacht aber auch wieder früh morgens hört man die Leute auf der Straße.
Die Böden sind sehr schief, aber das kann auch Charm haben in so einem alten renovierten Haus.

Clean, spacious, good location. The man I was dealing with was very helpful, friendly and prompt with his replies.
It was hard to find and there was no parking. The place stunk of cigarette smoke, it was unbearable. The apartment is above a pub which had very loud music so you could not open the windows to let air in. Awful.
