We had a wonderful stay! The host made us feel truly at home – she was incredibly kind and welcoming, even greeting us with snacks upon arrival. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of lovely little details that made it extra special. The location couldn’t be better: just 2 minutes from the central station (perfect for reaching Cinque Terre and other regions by train) and only a short 5-minute walk to the main street of La Spezia. Highly recommended!

The owner, Marina, was charming, helpful, full of positive energy and gave us excellent recommendations on what to do and where go. The rooms were clean and very well located for public transport options and meals.
In terms of functionality and comfort, the bed was sagging, worn out, and absolutely terrible and caused both of us pain to sleep in it. There were some issues with the lighting/electricity. But main issue was the noise caused by the upstairs residents was completely unacceptable (the rooms are located in a residential building). People banging and yelling randomly until after midnight and then early in the morning meant we were tired, drained and irritable for most of our 3 days in this beautiful part of the world.
