Obiekt w bardzo dobrej cenie, a przy tym wyjątkowa lokalizacja (nad samym jeziorem), z pięknym widokiem, miał wszystko, czego potrzeba, a nawet więcej - wspólna przestrzeń do przechowywania rzeczy (nawet rowerów), pralka i akcesoria do prania i prasowania, automat do wody gazowanej i niegazowanej, świetnym udogodnieniem było również prywatne miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym (5 minut spacerem od apartamentu)
