We really enjoyed the stay for 6 nights! Luka is a great host and the location of the apartment in Primošten is perfect (beach, old town in walking distance). Small apartment but it had everything we needed. The small kitchenette inside the room is well equipped with everything you need (even with salt/pepper, oil, soap, towels, linen, …) - and supermarkets and food market in walking distance). Bed is queen size (140cm), which was comfortable for us two. There is aircon in the apartment but glad to the shutters and only morning sun on the Balcony it was without aircon well temperature in September. Primošten was for us first time Croatia and we loved this place - so many great restaurants here and nearby (Rogoznica) and we just stayed at Primošten Beach all week as it is so beautiful.

The room itself is modern / renovated but the building seems to be a bit older so be aware that there might be some sound of the neighbor apartments (e.g. door) but in the night it was really quiet and the area is really calm. Also the bathroom is a bit older - but like the main room perfectly cleaned when we arrived.
