Very clean and super comfortable, we were 4 girls and the flat is perfect for 4/5 people I would say. Check in and check out is very easy.

Wonderfull place. Located walking distance to the seaside and markets. To sum up weather you need to shop walk see everything os very close.

The appartment is located near to beach, has a modern and unique design, which we really liked. Maritim metro station is in walking distance, as well as the modern/futuristic buildings of the Opera/Museum and Oceanographic. Closest grocery and vegetable shop is only 100-150 m distance. This largest one (in that building) has 2 rooms with double beds, 1 room with single bed and a salon with kitchen where 2-3 people (especially kids) can sleep. 2 bathrooms (one is quite small, for big people not that convenient), one room with a secondary sink and place for drying the clothes. 2* air-conditioning, very good, 1* washing machine (we have not used it), oven (worked OK) and the plate for frying/cooking (worked OK). Kitchen is very well equiped, we really liked it. Our one week was really fine here, I really recommend this place; for this price it is very good choice!
A few things still to improve possibly, which I also mentioned upon checkout: somehow the timer they installed for the fridge worked not well, which sometimes caused the fridge stop working for a period of time, this was not OK. There would be good to have not only one equipment for drying the clothes, but two (for this amount of people, 5-7, one is just too less). There were 2 stand-fans as well, which were also good, but quite used ones, not operatef that well and quiet, so, would be better to replace them.
Walls are probably quite narrow, sometimes you can really hear the neighbours, if they are louder, but this is general in Spain, I guess.

The location was great -10 min walk to subway, 20min to Playa de Arenas and 5 min to a nearby cafes, supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment kitchen was well equipped with juice squeezer, blender, toaster, saucepans, plates, glasses etc which was great. We were also offered a free- of- charge cleaning service and we were freed from the deposit fee when the payment portal didn't work. Overall, the apartment was okay for a few days stay, but if we were to plan longer holidays we would think twice due to not so affordable price-quality ratio.
The apartment was different than presented in the pictures at the moment of booking. The toilet in the bathroom was situated next to shower with limited space to sit comfortably. All windows in the apartment were going out to the interior patio, so there was little light in the room. Since the walls are thin, we could hear neighbors all the time. The kettle was tripping the circuit breaker, and the aircon had an unpleasant smell, and the aircon pipe was falling off.
