Die Aussicht war toll und die Raumaufteilung war für uns sehr gut. Check-In und Check-Out haben gut geklappt.
Die Wohnung war nicht wirklich sauber. Die Fenster- und Duschscheiben sahen teilweise aus wie Milchglas. Es wurde wohl auch seit längerer Zeit um alle Ecken herum geputzt. Der Balkon war voller Spinnweben. Die Bettwäsche hat extrem gemüffelt, sie wurde nach der Wäsche vermutlich nicht ordentlich getrocknet.
Das Haus war sehr hellhörig. Wenn in einer Nachbarwohnung nachts jemand auf der Toilette war, hat man jeden einzelnen Tropfen gehört...

Olivier is great, He contacted me 1 day prior and all was perfect for the check in process. He was waiting for us , show us the parking spot, the appartement and all the information about the building. Same for check out.
all was great. the only thing is that is far away from trouville, so You must have a car.

nous avons eu un peu de difficulté à trouver avec waze mais ensuite nous avons été bien accueilli par Olivier et c'est appréciable d'avoir une place de parking. l'appartement est bien agencé pour la pièce à vivre et les deux chambres. l'environnement est calme mais pas forcément les voisins.. agréable de trouver un caramel sur les lits pour nous accueillir. la vue est très jolie, ainsi que la décoration
la cuisine est vraiment petite (c'est une kitchenette) et c'est toujours un peu plus compliqué quand les WC sont dans la salle de bain quand on est 4 personnes. nous n'avons pas eu de chance au niveau voisin (du haut je pense) chien qui gémit puis aboie et personnes hyper bruyantes jusqu'à plus de 2 h du matin la première nuit et de nouveau chien qui aboie + bruits vers 5 h du matin ! la seconde nuit encore du bruit jusqu'à plus de 0 h mais ensuite ce fut plus calme heureusement !
