Tutto perfetto, colazione fantastica, tipica e abbondante. Alla reception Mustafa ci ha trattato come se fossimo amici da anni. Il giorno del checkout ci ha pure preparato una colazione da portare con noi, visto che andavamo via molto presto. Super consigliato.

Tres bel établissement tres propre, calme, joliment décoré. La chambre est belle et confortable et les sanitaires sont bien aménagés. De beaux espaces extérieurs permettent de se délasser en admirant le paysage. Le personnel est très sympathique et le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et excellent. Avanos permet de rayonner facilement dans la région tout en restant loin du brouhaha.

The location is great. Interesting lighting, the hotel itself is really well-decorated. the breakfast was nice, the staff was extremely attentive and helpful(especially Kezban, Ahmed jan, Mustafa), they helped us with booking the balloon flights in a few hours which was very considerate
The room itself was very dirty and was not comfortable at all. The floor of the room was sticky and your shoes were literally sticking to it. The sewerage was clogged, there was water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom, it was so dirty that we decided not to take a shower in there at all. Plus it was smelly in the bathroom.
The slippers they provided us with were wet.
The table and the chairs in the terrace of the hotel were dirty, we had to wipe them off properly.
Wifi absolutely didnt work in the room itself.
