The place offers nice sea view from all the rooms. A friendly person lives in the premises and is always available for requests and needs. The rooms are good for the purpose of self-catering and are very large
The access to the place is difficult due to a steep road leading to it and rewards much care. The rooms can enjoy some modernisation

The location is absolutely amazing. The beach is 4km away, a car or scooter is needed to get around. The view is fantastic, the 2 cats (mother and daughter) were a great plus as I am a cat lover. The place is very quiet so it’s perfect for a peaceful and wild getaway. Come prepared with water/ snacks if you arrive late as there is a local bar around 1km away and a tavern 4 km away.
I am only writing this, so they can improve. The room was not ready when we arrived and not clean. There was leftover coffee in the coffee filter that was molded. The stove and cooker were greasy, the mosquito nets were broken on all windows, there was a lot of dust under the beds (it’s an open space), hairs in the wardrobe, cups not clean, no hairdryer, even though it’s listed as provided, tv was not working and was fixed after 3 days but still not working properly(it’s a remote location, so probably the signal is not good, but again is listed as provided), at checkout there was nobody around. The double bed is not comfortable. Dimitri was friendly and helpful when he was around, but this is such an amazing place that needs to be maintained and taken care of constantly. For app. 60€/ night, it’s not value for money.
