Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Bahnhof, sehr zentral.Viele Straßenbahnen nach allen Richtungen. Das Hotel ist nicht so groß, ganz neu und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie gaben uns sogar ein Upgrade in eine kleine Suite.

Zimmer top gepflegt, top gestaltet. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Alles was man sich wünschen kann. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Team. Eine Parkmöglichkeit wurde für uns geschaffen. Die Unterkunft können wir gerne weiter empfehlen. Beim nächsten Besuch in Mannheim, buchen wir wieder dieses Hotel.
Wir haben nichts auszusetzen. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt im Hotel.

Bin sehr happy. Vielen Dank, dass ich morgens schon einchecken durfte. Das Zimmer war excellent. Alles war sehr sauber und neu. Bin begeistert. Die Lage und Nähe zum Bahnhof ist perfekt. Nachts halfen mir Ohrstöpsel und ich habe super geschlafen. Komme gerne wieder zu euch. Besonders das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal ist zu loben.

Sauberkeit und die Nähe zum Bahnhof
Ab 5 Uhr laute Musik. Die Nacht war deswegen vorbei. Keine Rezeption. Dies sollte man in der Beschreibung kommunizieren und die Info zum Schlüsselcode kam sehr spät. Schlechte Kommunikation an der Tür mit einem Zettelchen.
