It was wonderful to open the doors/windows to the sounds of Split in the morning, and have coffee on the balcony. In addition, we appreciated the walkability of the location and the beach area being nearby. It was also a very quick Uber ride to the Old Town area.
In the bedrooms, it was nice to have extra available blankets and portable heaters since it was a bit chilly at night. The closet/armoire space was also appreciated. And, being that it’s Eastern Europe, it was nice to have multiple towels for each person.
Being able to do laundry was also helpful, and the free private parking spot (inside the gate) was great!
There was only one trash can in the kitchen area. So, a trash can in each of the bathrooms seems necessary. Also, the bathroom doors don’t lock and there wasn’t enough toilet paper provided for our 5-night stay. Additionally, the kitchen lacked some of the little additions apartments usually have (e.g., coffee/tea, sugar, etc.), and the electric pitcher to boil water had a calcium film in it.

Sinisa is an excellent host.
A few days before our departure he already sent messages via WhatsApp about possible airport transfers to his apartment.
He also gave us tips about various recommended restaurants, which we gratefully made use of.
Parking was a bit of a problem, one parking space for 5 apartments is a bit limited.
If Sinisa would also cover the exposed wires in our apartment with cable ducts and caps,

The location is so good. A nice walk to the beach. 20 minutes to the city centre. The owner is so nice and helpful.
I stayed at a single room on ground floor. The windows needs to be fixed. The room has a wc outside the room. The bathroom is inside and so tiny. For me it was not that comfortable because there was so little day-light. At first I thought considering the value I paid this was what I get but later I found a much more comfortable place just 8 minutes away. Maybe the upper rooms are perfect I don’t know. But single room is not a good idea.
