The location and food. It was very clean. The dinner was excellent.
The extreme heat but that was not the proprietors issue; it was the persistent heat dome in France.

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Location close to town. Interesting Middle Eastern dinner cuisine. Minimal street noise at night even with windows open.
Room freshly painted and very clean, but very tiny. Room so small you have to put luggage on floor under the desk to open it. Floors recently sanded, but not varnished nor painted, so be careful of splinters. Free parking is accurate, but incomplete: Free parking is on the street and you have to go look for it. We had to ask twice for an extra towel and toilet paper refill. No luggage rack. Hotel has a way to go.
