Struttura in un ottima posizione per raggiungere la zona fiere, una zona tranquilla ed immersa nel verde, ma comunque vicino al centro e a molti altri servizi.

Appartamento spazioso al primo piano con ascensore, comodo non mancava nulla. Vicino alla fermata del bus per il centro. Proprietari molto disponibili. Parcheggio sotto il condominio sempre disponibile (avevamo 2 auto).

The owners were very friendly and helpful,speaking English and Italian (and maybe more). The property is wonderful, full of colour and fun! Children would love it. It is spacious, with 2 large bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with washing machine. Shops are 5-10 min walk from the rear of the development: Lidl is an excellent supermarket with everything, there is a good pharmacist and a bank, also a very good trattoria (restaurant). There's a good cafe across the main road, next to the bus stop for the 11C to the city centre, about 20 min. We are visiting from Australia and loved it there, thank you Roberto and Maria.
Nothing bad about Magica Bologna, but we were pickpocketted on a crowded bus in the city centre Consider getting taxis, about 15 euro.

the bakery/cafe in front of the property is Excellent and they are friendly too.
Roberto and Maria made sure to meet me upon check in, they have explained and show me around the property.
they made me feel very welcome.
they made some recommendations for Bologna food (Polpette E Crescentine) super highly recommended the food are tasty.
