The location near Bruxelles is ideal if you came by car: location near Bruxelles ring, easy parking, easy to find. Breakfeast was OK.
They don't respond to emails within minutes.

Exceptionally clean.very quiet.friendly staff,and good breakfast.
We struggled to find reception,until a passer by told us it was in the Italian restaurant around the corner.Poor signage but that was being remedied as we left by the workmen on site so other guests should be OK.
Just a further comment.the hot water is "scalding" hot.so please take great care.

For the price, it was a passable option, easy connection with public transport to the city. Free parking (in a shady side road)
The owner was a little bit strange, sorry - but OK. Breakfast was very simple. The room was not very comfortable, but OK for a short stay.
